Pallet projects don't always have to be rustic. This Little Pallet Dining Table Set packs a lot of elegance into a petite size, AND seats four people! I made this dining table set from pine pallet wood and finished it with a clear polyurethane finish!
Little Pallet Dining Table Set:
First, I cut the pallet stringers into lengths for the table frame and legs. Next, I mitered the corners of the leg and table top joints and secured with screws. Then, I cut all the pallet deck boards to length for the table top and table sides, ensuring they were long enough to overlap the legs by approximately 1/2" or so for decoration. I framed out the bench seats and sealed the entire set with a clear polyurethane after sanding everything very smooth. I painted the table legs a snow white for a beautiful contrast.
