How I built my Pallet Water Cooler Enclosure:
I broke down only 1 pallet to create this. I used the deck boards to create the base, the sides, and the top frame. First, I built a simple box to fit around the base of my cooler. I used more deck boards and attached them to the bottom of the box frame to create the base and provide support. I used longer pieces of deck boards to create the vertical portions of the frame, and built a second box for the top. I didn’t enclose the unit. I only needed to cover the dispenser handles.
I bought a small piece of plywood, two hinges and a chain lock for the door. Now my floors are dry!
